On March 3, 2009 the Kick-off meeting for the launch of LIFE +.was held in Rome.

Co-financed Italian projects partners participated to the meeting together with European Commission, the Ministry of Environment and Monitoring Team representatives. The aim of the seminar was to explain to the 26 projects representatives the common provisions that will govern the various development stages, the relationships between beneficiaries and the European Commission, questions relating to technical and administrative management and project financial reporting.

TRUST project has been presented as one of the LIFE+ Environment Policy and Governance projects, aimed at the development and demonstration of approaches, technologies, methodologies, tools representing innovative elements  for environmental policies at local and regional levels.
