Alto Adriatico River Basin Authority (RBA), responsible for planning the integrated management of water resources in river basins, will be the TRUST project coordinating beneficiary.

The associated project beneficiaries are:

• the SGI Studio Galli Ingegneria, a water engineering consultancy specialised in river basin hydrogeology
• the Centro Euro-Mediterraneo per i Cambiamenti Climatici, a research institution involved in the study of climatic changes through the use of global circulation and regional models.

The project is co-financed by the Italian Ministry for Environment and Land and Sea that is committed to the implementation of measures to mitigate and adapt the impacts of climate change on the environment, and most specifically in the case of the TRUST project on the groundwater resources.

The staff of the three beneficiaries has experience in the coordination and implementation of European and international projects.

All project beneficiaries have established working relationships with other groundwater stakeholders of the region which will favour the set up of the stakeholders’ group and the momentum for project’s implementation and dissemination.
